I wish I was the kind of person who woke up at dawn, did a morning meditation followed by a great yoga practice with plenty of time to spare to get ready, have breakfast and relax.

  • This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good.

  • On the exhale, round the spine by bringing the chin towards the chest and pulling the navel up and in for Cat pose.

  • Keep the arms long and straight as you press your chest towards the thighs and soften the neck.

Yin Yoga for Flexibility

Come out of Triangle pose and step to the top of your mat.

  • Be sure to keep your right foot flexed to protect your knee.

  • The goal of this pose is not necessarily to get your hand all the way to the floor but to instead stay long through the torso as you stretch into the hips and hamstrings.
